• 2022 Camp Tailwind Schedule •

This schedule will be finalized with details added in the weeks leading up to camp, however the camp start and end times are accurate so that you can plan your travel days.

Thursday: Day #1

2:00 pm - 3:45pm: Arrive and check-in at Camp Tailwind, located at the beautiful Camp Tamakwa on Tea Lake. Join us for a welcome drink and snack out on the slope overlooking beautiful autumn in Algonquin Park, or in the cozy dining hall by the fire (we’re ready for all weather!).

4:00 - 6:00pm: Opening Ceremony & Welcome Session on “The Slope”. Meet the 2022 Camp Tailwind Community members!

6:00pm - 7:00pm: Small groups - meet your curated small group for your first guided connection of the weekend.

7:00pm: Dinner

8:30pm: Fireside talk by the outdoor fire or indoor fireplace, followed by evening program, cottage games, stargazing, and more. 

At Camp Tailwind, you have the flexibility to choose how you want to use your time; it’s got enough structure that you’re included no matter what you choose to do, but it is designed knowing that we all need to make time for ourselves and our businesses in different ways.

Friday: Day #2

7:30am: Optional morning wellness program: hike, run, swim (polar dip!), guided meditation, or yoga.

8:15am: Breakfast is open

9:30am: Morning Fireside Talk/ Workshop

10:30am: Workshops & Mentor Dates

12:30pm: Mentor Lunch

1:30pm: Open time — Build relationships through shared experiences, try canoeing, sailing, the high ropes course, a hike, arts & crafts, self care central, an optional workout, or some R&R in one of the most beautiful National Parks in North America.

3:00pm: Workshops & Mentor Dates

5:30: Small Groups & Cocktail Hour

7:00pm: Dinner

8:30pm: Fireside talk by the outdoor fire or indoor fireplace, followed by evening program, stargazing, and more.

Saturday: Day #3

9:15am: Fireside Talk/ Workshop

10:30am: Closing Circle

11:30am: Lunch & Goodbyes

12:15: Private Cars & Airport/ City Buses depart (buses arrive at airport/ city before 5:00pm. It’s typically under a 3 hour drive however we have added buffer time in case of traffic, slow road conditions etc.)
